-drink plenty of water
-make chocolates a luxury, not a routine
-eat breakfast
-choose white meat rather than red
-go easy on salt
-avoid crash diets
-exercise outdoors
-while calling, try walking :)
-turn on music, dance like wild instead of watching tv
-tuck your tummy in while walking
-any workouts should start with 5-10mins warm up
-sleep is important too, try get above 8hrs
-exercise at least 3times a week
-the usual 5 vegetables/fruits a day
-stay away from fast food
